N.B. judge orders assessment of man in Salisbury organized crime case

A New Brunswick judge has ordered Roger Tingley to undergo a five-day psychiatric assessment at the Restigouche Hospital in Campbellton as lawyers question his ability to face charges in connection with a police raid in Salisbury last December.
