Court allows NIA to take custody of accused in 2008 Malegaon blast
Mumbai, Jul 19: A designated Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) court today allowed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to seek custody of three accused -- former army Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Purohit, Swami Amrit Teerth Saraswati and retired Major Ramesh Upadhyaya -- in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case for eight days from July 22 to July 30.
