National Thais Assembly 20/4/11 Strategy and strategic movement of Libya's Transitional National council which is led by Mr.Mustafa Abdul Jalil, as the president in Bengazi of Libya.The council composes of unrevealed mainstays for their own safety in various important and large cities of Libya.It has been settled up, acknowledged ,supported and recognized by France and Britain since February,2011 together with Libyan's unrest and periodical protests in every city at the same time .The council announces to overthrow a dictatorial tyrannous Gaddafi's regime and establishes a globalize liberal constitution republic regime.
