You could use the Uzi that you're given,but it's much easier to just run them down. You can usually find a lot near the payphone that you got the El Burro missions from. Take the Yardie guys back to Staunton Island after killing about 10 Diablos members. The next mission from King Courtney is quite a long one,you'll be asked to round up the Mafia,Diablos,and Yakuza gang cars and put them in a garage on Staunton. The Mafia is the the most difficult,because Mafia members carry shotguns,so probably best to go for them first.Got the Diablos next,and the Yakuza car is the easiest,just grab the one near Asuka's place. You can't do too much damage to the cars,otherwise you'll have to fix them up at a Pay n Spray before delivering them.
