Police charge theft ring with targeting houses, pharmacies and motorcycles

A Palm Coast man was named by law enforcement officials today as the ringleader of a tri-county organized crime ring that burglarized pharmacies and homes, stole ATM machines and expensive custom motorcycles and sold narcotics.
