The revelations contained in the WikiLeaks cache of US diplomatic cables take up considerable space today, with Russia particularly in focus today. The UK's Guardian and Spain's El País report that a Spanish prosecutor told US officials that Russia is a virtual mafia state with no distinction between the government and organised crime.
