‘Rosebud’ hounds Lacson

THE Department of Justice on Monday subpoenaed Senator Panfilo Lacson and members of the defunct Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force to appear in a preliminary investigation on March 11 in connection with charges of kidnapping and serious illegal detention filed against them by Mary Ong, a police agent also known as “Rosebud.”
