Justice head sees Mancao implicating Lacson

Former Senior Supt. Cezar Mancao II will not change his sworn affidavit alleging that publicist Salvador “Bubby” Dacer and his driver, Emmanuel Corbito, were killed on orders of then chief of Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Task Force and now Senator Panfilo Lacson, Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez said yesterday.
