Murder charges dropped for S.A. man who moved dead body

Murder charges have been dropped against a San Antonio man who admits to helping dispose of a body. Ricardo Giovannetti, pleaded guilty to engaging in organized crime and tampering with physical evidence. The 50-year old was sentenced to 25-years in prison for assisting with the disposal of Allan Kowalski's body in an Ingram yard.
