This is one of several videos that shows the presence of air harassment and stalking on a Sunday when no DHS personnel were present next door and only a skeleton crew of Georgia Department of Public Safety were on the adjoining premises. This activity went on throughout the entire day and evening. The criminals were conducting several types of electronic assault on me all day, generally tormenting me and trying to make my life miserable and, probably, to end my life. These organized criminals present a very real and present danger in Grant Park as they conduct their crimes which are clearly NOT government sponsored (though tacitly permitted by the government who refuses to stop them) are a personal vendetta by my ex, a former US Navy Intelligence Officer, his fraternity brother, a former US Marine, on whom I did a scathing expose that was a cover article for Black Enterprise Magazine in April 2005 and for which I won and award later that year. I am convinced that since, according to the Naval Inspector General's Office, my ex and his frat brother are no longer active duty miltary and my ex is not a formal contractor for the US Navy any longer, they are committing massive fraud (for which they are both known and court records show they are likely to commit) to gain access to the military and intelligence community funds, tools, technology, personnel and apparatus to conduct these highly illegal operations in this residential neighborhood and wherever else I am.
