This behavior shows this person's true character. He's a crook. Contrary to what he may tell others, he is NOT a bona fide federal agent, a naval intelligence officer or federal contractor any longer. But, to get what he wants, he'll tell you one of those things and he doesn't care if, by your RELYING on what he says, you are legally liable. Just as he tried to do with this Boston attorney, who had to distance himself from this rogue lawyer, he has NO problem causing YOU or anyone else harm by conning you into engaging in illicit or illegal activity (like accepting a stolen check for rental of your hard-earned home).
