On September 6th, 2012 before the Rules Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in Room 263 of SF City Hall, Paul Currier, the only declared 2015 Candidate for Mayor of San Francisco specifies the criminal charges against sitting 8th District Supervisor Wiener as grounds for a RECALL of Scott Wiener. Currier called Wiener out for using a devious procedural move at the May 2012 full Board of Supervisors meeting where a whole new Sunshine Ordinance Task Force (SOTF) was seated, except for the required one Physically Disabled member, as spelled out in the Sunshine Ordinance passed by the Voters. Wiener is a lawyer. So is Rules Committee Chair Jane Kim, and Rules Member David Campos. Wieners move made last May 2012 shut down the SOTF. Wiener shut down the SOTF in retaliation for the SOTF basically indicting him for crime and corruption committed in office: SOTF Case 11048. The Sunshine Case 11048 specifies criminal corruption by Supervisors David Chiu (D3), Malia Cohen (D10), Eric Mar (D1), and Scott Wiener (D8). The City Attorney Dennis Herrera and a half a dozen members of the City Attorney's Office are also guilty of the crimes and coverups, as are Mayor Ed Lee, and District Attorney George Gascon.
