The document was already discussed by three hearings and it will be finally enforced after the vote next week. The draft law implies lustration of the people, who cooperated with the Russian KGB. The second part of the charter stipulates the mechanisms of measures against organized crime. One part of the opposition MPs support the document, others say its adoption is inexpedient at present. The ruling party members define that the Charter of Freedom will serve to reduce the national threats.
