This is the man next door he has an automatic sprayer set up in his window. It is the pulsating bright light in the top right side of the window. The camera goes on to night vision and you can see it very well. He is spraying toxic chemicals on us to make us sick. He does this every day all day. Every night all night and if he can`t do it other people come to help. You see someone decided we could not live here anymore. So this is what is done to people they do not want in their neighborhoods. You can figure out for your self the crimminal connection. Sounds like some type of organized crime.
