Suspected Swedish mafia member back in custody

A suspected member of the Swedish mafia, famous for walking away form the smashup of a rare, $1.5 million Ferrari Enzo in Malibu in 2006, is back in custody in his native Sweden on suspicion of felony grand theft, fraud, assault and other related crimes, it was reported today.
