Stamford police settle civil rights complaint for $30,000

STAMFORD -- A Norwalk couple last week settled a federal civil rights lawsuit against the Stamford Police Department 's Narcotics and Organized Crime unit for $30,000, resolving accusations a group of officers did not have a warrant during a botched raid of their home.
