NZ investor files complaint vs PAOCC, BI men

A businessman from New Zealand accused of allegedly plotting a rescue mission on Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV, Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim and other soldiers detained for coup charges on Thursday filed complaints against three officials of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission and Bureau of Immigration.
