Today, U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer announced he has recommended Richard Hartunian to be the next United States Attorney for the Northern District of New York. Hartunian is currently an Assistant U.S. Attorney and serves as the Northern District’s Narcotics Supervisor and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Coordinator.
