Professor tells judge that UNR is an 'organized crime unit'

The University of Nevada, Reno is an organized crime unit that has committed fraud, misappropriation of public funds, and abuse of power among other violations, a professor told a judge Thursday in a hearing to determine whether a grand jury should investigate the school.
