MILF Umbra Kato’s follower arrested in North Cotabato

TWO members of notorious organized crime groups were killed while a follower of renegade Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) commander Ameril Umbra Kato was captured by police security forces in separate incidents in Mindanao during the week.
