MCOCA slapped on all accused in shipping firm owner's murder

Mumbai, Oct 4 : The stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) has been invoked against all ten accused, including absconding mafia don Chhota Shakeel, in the murder here last month of the owner of a private shipping firm, police said.
