Law school dean to head NJ's watchdog

Patrick Hobbs succeeds W. Cary Edwards , who died in October. Hobbs will preside over the watchdog agency's professional staff and operations. The SCI was established in 1968 to investigate organized crime and corruption, waste of tax money and other abuses of the public trust.
