Kosovo Prime Minister, one of the 'biggest fish' in organized crime: NATO document

London, Jan.25 : Leaked NATO military cables have alleged that Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci is one of the 'biggest fish' in that country's organized crime scene.
