Judges say Berlusconi had Mafia ties

PALERMO, Italy, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi had connections with the Sicilian Mafia to protect his broadcasting network, a three-judge panel in Palermo said.
