Iqbal Kaskar not at shootout site, claim Mumbai police

In a surprise announcement, Mumbai police Wednesday said Iqbal Kaskar, brother of India's most wanted mafia don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, was not present when unidentified assailants shot at his vehicle the previous night, killing one person.
