F.S.A. Turns Focus to Organized Crime

Is organized crime taking deeper root in London’s banking center? The Financial Times reports the Financial Services Authority is ramping up its collaborative efforts with the Serious Organized Crime Agency in an attempt to investigate evidence of a new focus by criminal groups believed to be increasingly involved in financial frauds.
