 HAVANA, Cuba, June 22 (acn) The development of the Cuban economic model, particularly experiences on self-employment, will be analyzed during the 8th Meeting on Accounting, Audit and Finances, to be held from July 2nd through the 5th in this capital.

 During a press conference on Thursday, Lidya Esther Rodriguez, president of the meeting's scientific program, announced that the development of the new economic changes will be examined by professionals who have worked on the implementation of the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution.

 In this meeting, self-employed workers will set out the realities of the work they carry out, from their experiences as bookkeepers, stylists or suppliers of gastronomic services, she underlined. She stated that their presentations will also show the links they currently have with communities and the social impact of the activities they perform.

 So far, over 700 specialists from 28 countries have confirmed their attendance, including personalities from Ecuador and Paraguay and of the United Nations Development Program.
