Five charged with drug offences

On Thursday (Feb. 24), officers of the Fort Frances Community Drug Action Team, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, and the Rainy River District OPP detachment executed two warrants at two separate locations. As a result of a warrant executed at a residence in La Vallee Township, Megan Soucy, 26 and John Paterson, 31, were charged with two counts each of production of marijuana. read more
