Bulgarian Police Bust Kidnap Attempt of Foreign National

The police in Bulgaria's capital Sofia had neutralized and detained members of an organized crime group dealing with kidnappings. The group was arrested in Sofia's "Orlandovtsi" district, Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, announced Thursday.
