Ochoa: Organized crime threat to national security and economy

MANILA, June 30 (PNA) -- Organized criminal activities are threats to the economy and national security and should be dealt with a clear, well-defined and integrated policy, Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa Jr. said on Tuesday.
