FRAUD, Oct. 7. Paul Gsell, 34, of Raritan Borough, has been charged with attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and uttering a forged document after a two-month investigation by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force.
