News flash Andre: i.e., Â - Hil-liary is the wife of 'Slick-Willy' and those two have lied and cheated their way across the national stage of the US for several years now so why not across the Global stage - it makes perfect sense to me. As for her qualifications - they are self-evident as she is an absolutely self-absorbed, ruthless lying politician - what other qualifications could she possibly need?
