No, they have not brought all of the Yakuza games to the West. They skipped over Ryū ga Gotoku Kenzan!, which is set during the Edo period. It looks really nice, and we will probably never get to play it with any kind of localization.

Why are the character models so huge compared to the buildings? Your character walks through a door on the street and his head is almost to the top at 3:21 for example.

Yakuza 3 is where it's at if you want to play a modern one. It provides recaps of 1 & 2.
