After the Provacci Crime Family began to wage war with the Mariglianos, the streets became barren and cold, the only people outside were armed gangsters, even the police were trying not to get involved. After two Made Men were found dead in a dumpster and a parking lot, each riddled with bullets, Don Provacci flies back to Liberty City to try and win the war against the Mariglianos.
