The Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Task Force (MOCA) was officially launched on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the Police Officer's Club in Kingston. The Task Force is to be headed by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Carl Williams who formally headed the Narcotics Division and the Area One Police divisions.
