Created as a mock of the TV show 'COPS'; it was designed to show new Ramp Agent trainees what the United Express 5 O'clock 'Bank' typically consists of at the Washington Dulles Hub. The United Express flight schedules typically have aircraft arriving and departing within a short period of time of each other. Time management is an important consideration when planning for each bank of flights. Filmed on location at the famous Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) T-gates. The main terminal train station has replaced the former T-gates. This video is applicable to any airline operation and may be used for training purposes.
