Patty Hearst was kidnapped by terrorist thugs and was forced against her will at gunpoint to rob banks. She was able to prove this in court and get out of jail, because her family had money. But many people in prison are also forced into crime by thugs, terrorists, bullies and gang members. They also are victims. Now if Patty Hearst, robbed a bank against her will and a police officer shot her dead, that police officer would not be a hero. That police officer will in fact have killed the victim of a serious crime. The Constitution of the United States says, that all people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. When we see on the news, that the police shot a criminal, they are in fact lying. Unless the person the police shot, was proven in a court of law, to be guilty, they are not a criminal. They could in fact be a victim. Even if they were seen, like Patty Hearst, with a machine gun robbing a bank. Today on the news, I seen the video footage of one of three men being shot in the back by a guard. Gary L. Bryant, 21 was murdered. That guard is murdered him is not a hero. That man that was shot in the back, was one of three men. He was not proven guilty in a court of law. It could very well be possible that he was a victim. The other two gunmen could have forced him against his will into that crime. The family members of the man who was shot dead need to sue that guard and police need to put him in prison.
