Brief history of NVUS Productions The Iconz & The Lady Iconz The Iconz was founded January 17, 2004 in Fayetteville North Carolina under the direction of Pamela Adams, now under Shawn Wyman. The Iconz strongly believe in giving back to the community. The Lady Iconz was founded on May 26, 2009 in Virginia Beach Virginia under the direction of Shawn Wyman. The Lady Iconz prides themselves on their community service along with their bond as sisters to assist. They have competed in several competitions as well as performed at Teenage Pregnancy Prevention, Stomping Out Tobacco, and Crime Prevention exhibition performances. NV Us Productions also believe in giving back to community as well primarily through Teens Do Care, GOLFTEE, and TRU. They are currently collecting can goods to feed three families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Iconz & Lady Iconz have recently been taped for ABC's hit television show "The Grove" which airs this fall in November. The Iconz & The Lady Iconz also have a billboard picture up in all seven cities in the Hampton Roads area featured through Step Royal for placing 1st & 2nd place for the final championship for 2009-2010 & 2010-2011. On an average school year each team will compete in the minimum of 25 step show competitions from Northern Virginia, New York, North Carolina, DC, and South Carolina.
