The events in the video happened today (March 26th, 2011) near the Parliament in downtown Rabat, Morocco, not far from the train station. Teachers organized a peaceful protest and then cops charged (in the late afternoon) and someone managed to film them beating a protester. The woman at the end screams "They killed him, They killed him"
