This man was known as the father of organized crime. He got his nickname from surviving a blow to the neck with an ice pick that barely missed his Jugular Vein. He did a lot of crazy things in his life, and hopefully you enjoy my spin off his life. =) Filmed in 1920 by 1080i, edited in Premiere Pro and After Effects CS5.
