All the gun nuts and cops agree that this is perfectly legal and the person who you claim, try to rob you, will be charged with the murder. You don't even have to prove it in court, your word is good enough. Pull out an Ozzie, kill nine Supreme Court judges, who support the gun lobby and claim somebody stole a candy bar and you are just trying to kill the robber, but you missed. The suspect that you claim stole the candy bar, will be charged with the murder, even though he didn't even have a gun. Because all gun nuts believe, this is the way the law should work. You will only be charged with careless use of a firearm or manslotter and get probation. Wait till the Mafia gets a hold of this idea. The guy who killed Pres. Kennedy should have pulled this stunt.
