Our self-defense program takes into account the individuals genetic pre-disposition to stress, history of violence, as well as previous training and experience. By doing so, we are able to customize the training program that is optimal for each unique individual. Our program is the result of the accumulative experience of police agents, navy seal operators, and security specialist. The training methods, techniques, and strategies have been cross-referenced and validated by various scientific fields of study including combat psychology, kineseology, human anatomy and physiology, and emergency medicine. Our self-defense techniques include basic motor skills performed during compromising stress levels followed by training complex skills while developing combat stress management. Training begins by learning how to defend against an escape-able violent crime versus an unarmed, unskilled assailant, and progress towards the inescapable violent crime from an armed and skilled assailant. Training includes striking, throwing, and grappling skills organized into comprehensive modular progressions. This well-rounded approach means you can select which self-defense training and scenario would be most realistic for you so you can acquire the necessary skill sets in a short amount of time.
