I HATE it when Christians pull out the old "herp derp morals are based only on religion" bullshit In fact, we--as atheists--are more likely to be morally sound than Christians. Think about it: We are less likely to commit a hate crime because we know that we are 100% responsible for it. On the other hand, a Christian could beat the hell out of a gay man, go to confession, say seven "Hail Marys", do a cartwheel and get off scot-free. -___- You will be missed. "We'll take it from here" Christopher Eric Hitchens (13 April 1949 -- 15 December 2011) was a British-American author and journalist whose books, essays, and journalistic career spanned more than four decades. Hitchens often spoke out against the Abrahamic religions, or what he called "the three great monotheisms" (Judaism, Christianity and Islam). He said: "The real axis of evil is Christianity, Judaism, and Islam". In his book, God Is Not Great, Hitchens expanded his criticism to include all religions, including those rarely criticized by Western secularists such as Hinduism and neo-paganism. His book had mixed reactions, from praise in The New York Times for his "logical flourishes and conundrums" to accusations of "intellectual and moral shabbiness" in the Financial Times. "God Is Not Great" was nominated for a National Book Award on 10 October 2007. Hitchens contended that organized religion is "the main source of hatred in the world", violent, irrational, intolerant, allied to racism, tribalism, and bigotry ...

@Rael0505 Evolution is void of opinion, it is an observable scientific fact, if humans did not exists evolution would still be true. Whether you choose to accept it is another matter.

@Rael0505 I don't believe in the theory of gravity. Who has proof that things fall down? How do we know it would apply on other planets? Things fall down because God wills it and nothing else!

Evolution is an OPINION, like other theories like gravity and plate tectonics and atomic theory.
