United States government made propaganda film made during World War 2 arguing for the growth of hemp. The film was directed at farmers at a time when the miltary was facing shortages other materials, it shows how hemp is grown and processed into rope and other products. It is very good proof of the hypocrisy of the US government, that if it makes money on something, or it has a need for it, it will make it legal. I don't do any drugs, but if we legalized drugs, prostitution, and gambling and regulated it, the crime rate in the US would decline 90% overnight and organized crime and many gangs would be put out of business.
