Gun Owners Murdering People, After They Shoot Them? June 3, 2011. I get a lot of questions from gun owners, asking if it's okay to kill someone with a less than lethal bullet? Sometimes it's possible that a less than lethal bullet could kill someone. You can kill someone by punching them in the face. People have died from being pushed down or kicked. Gun owners seem to be trying to find a way to kill people legally. It's as if you give them less than lethal bullets, they will try to figure out a way to use those LTL's two kill someone by shooting a person in the temple or some other vulnerable spot. Like the guy who murdered someone by shooting them in the temple with a gun that shot just blanks. It doesn't matter if you use a gun that only shoots blanks or one that uses less than lethal bullets, if you are trying to kill the person, you are a murderer. When you're using lethal bullets you should be trying to shoot the person in the leg. But gun owners seem as if they just want to kill people. You should not even have a gun, unless you know how to use it properly. If you're using less than lethal bullets, or a gun that shoots blanks, you should know how to use it. If the instructions for LTL bullets says, "do not fire at close range" and you fire anyway, killing someone, then you are a murderer.
