Salvatore Leone has called a meeting of the main Mafia mobs (Luigi Goterelli, his son, Joey, and Toni). Claude must drive them all to his beachside mansion. It's his chance to finally get in touch with the very head of crime in Liberty City. Meanwhile, the Triads haven't stopped their hostilities and the possibility of a gang war becomes ever more apparent.
