We have a bunch of losers who couldn't find a job, and now they are feeling up old ladies. The reason why this is bringing such outrage is that people are finally personally affected by it. There isn't such outrage about the wars because they did away with the draft and people aren't as affected by it. Look at what is going on overseas - Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal. Just the bank debt in Ireland is 50% of their GDP. There is no getting out of it. This is why gold prices are going through the roof. This is why silver prices are going up. The change from an election is about the same as if one crime family replaces another in the mafia.
