The systematic abuse of thousands of natives in Canada has long been covered up. A recent apology made the Canadian government - just like the one done in Ireland and in Australia - aims to silence the scandal as the world is now learning of the organized crime put in place by the Vatican (Catholic Church) and other religions that got involved. Thousands of children were put in place in religious residential schools where more than 150000 children were forced to endure abuse, torture, starvation at the hands of priests and nuns. Instead of naming the criminals, the Canadian government - just like Ireland - opted to give the religions immunity - since they concealed the names of the perpetrators. To-date these criminals have not been put in jail and over 50000 children that were murdered at these residential schools have never been given a proper burial. A simple "apology" is not enough....if someone steals your car, you wouldn't accept an apology - especially if you find out that the same people not only stole your car but 150000 others! You would see to it that these criminals are put behind bars. And therefore, there should not be an exception for these criminal organizations that call themselves "religion" - Catholic, Presbyterian, Anglical, Mennonite, United Church of Canada, amongst others.
