Virginia Newbon using FBI by buying into the FBI sending persons wearing blank white T-shirts to remind me of jail, that I will goto jail for a bicycle ticket I received in Westminster which was a frame-up by an officer named Paul Newton (Newbon?, Newton his alias) who is an FBI agent as I know he has no case history in Westminster (unless they fabricated one), the goal was to connect me to law-enforcement by using the power of law-enforcement to jail me for not sufficing a fine that Virginia Newbon knows I cannot pay because she is using the NSA over the FBI to blacklist me from all places I apply at from getting employment.
