Even false flag domestic terrorist organized crime stalkers need to make their campaign look like a true government conspiracy. (Note I said "LOOK LIKE") After all, a target that claims "the government is out to get me" appears crazy because of the aggressive disinformation campaign engaged in by those who would commit such criminal mayhem to make the general public believe only the paranoid would report such activity (something I might have been inclined to believe myself had this not happened to me and I didn't have voluminous evidence of my assertions). The goal is to drive the target crazy by making them think they are crazy ith the tactics they employ. Thus, they engage in all of he activities of associated with domestic terrorism campaigns in which the government claims that the target is an "Enemy of the State" and, therefore a 'valid' terror target living on US shores. One of those tactics is a relentless sound campaign which is almost deafening. If you listen, the sound is substantially the same in this video as in others.
